- Public comment period
- Review and approve minutes of 10/4/17 meeting
- Use of Gmail account for return of surveys, etc.; administration
- Discuss Massachusetts Public Records Law as applies to EAC and related best practices, including EAC email
- Discuss/finalize survey compilation from Phoebe
- Plan, assign, and schedule public, electronic, and other survey outreach tasks
- Report from Claire on responses from potential speakers; create schedule if possible; plan publicity
- Subdivide topic areas to enable start of preliminary research for plan
